This scrub is made for those with oily skin and is targeted more as a facial scrub. You can also leave it on for 5 minutes before washing off so the benefits of the bentonite clay and oils can get into the pores for a longer lasting effect.  Use once a week as an addition to other skin care regimes especially if you are targeting skin problems such as acne.  Activated Charcoal is also a great exfoliant for blackheads. Start with warm water to open the pores and then rinse with cold to close them. This scrub is one of my personal favorites and leaves my skin feeling hyper clean and soft.
